Gluten-free bread and loaves are daunting, often horrible tastings and if you are trying to bake them at home, usually a total disaster! Especially more when they are vegan. Store bought are also usually a horrible texture and made using highly processed gluten-free flours with a bland, cardboard taste. Our loaf is much denser than regular bread, so we prefer to call it a loaf over "bread" BUT it's packed with loads of good stuff that will leave you feeling aaa-mazing!
"Less is more" perfectly describes our Nourished Loaf. Seedy, delicious and full of vital nutrients plus it is plant-based/vegan, gluten-free and refined sugar-free, high in fibre and omegas & protein WITHOUT a huge list of random ingredients you cannot pronouce. The loaf is beautifully rich, wholesome with a nutty flavour and a wonderfully soft texture. We like it toasted with avocado, lemon juice some cherry toms and black sesame seeds. It is also delicious when smothered in homemade almond butter topped with banana slices and Medjool dates. Or why not slice it on a platter to spread over garlic roasted hummus and dukkah. Our Nourished Loaf is prepared for you with each ingredient you will need and pre-measured, ground and mixed for convenience, all you need to do is our into a mixing bowl, add 2 cups of water, mix and leave to absorb then bake!
Nourished Loaf is Nut Free! Nourished pantry understands the burden of being nut free on plant-based diets that is why we are proud to be able to offer a delicious plant-based nut free loaf! Cashew, almond and not to mention peanut intolerances or allergies are a huge pain for anyone with them and we get that! If you do have a severe or airborne nut allergy please get in touch with us as our bread is manufactured at a premise and using equipment that does process cashews, almonds and peanuts.
